What is the turnaround time for the signs?
Welcome to Neon Guru. All of our signs are handmade to order and delivered within 15 business days. We also have the option of "Express Shipping" at checkout for rush orders, which take 7 to 10 business days to be delivered.
How do I design my own neon?
You can design your own neon easily on our website by typing in your text, and choosing from a range of fonts and colors. You can also choose between many sizes and acrylic background shapes!
How do I hang my neon?
All of our neons include pre-drilled holes in the acrylic backing and can be mounted through these holes with the screws provided in the installation kit. We also provide a hanging kit upon request for hanging signs.
When will I receive my requested quote?
Your will quote and design mockup will be received within 24-48 hours. Please make sure to check your junk/spam folders, as our emails are sometimes filtered to there!

How are Neon Guru signs made?
Neon Guru signs are made by hand, and customized to your chosen designs. We use LED tube lights on an acrylic backing that can be any custom color or shape.
What Colors Are Available?
Our neon signs are available in a total of 21 colors, of which 8 are white when turned off. The remaining have a colored covering on them so that the tubing shows the color even when turned off.
Can Neon Guru signs be used outdoors?
While our neons are made for indoor use, they can be used for outdoor events and parties, as long as they do not get wet, as our standard signs are not waterproof.
